Our facility has 8,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space with 2,000 square feet dedicated to clean-room manufacturing. Our manufacturing facility is fully ESD-controlled and particle monitoring is in place for class 10,000 cleanroom status.
KCB Solutions was incorporated in July 2003. We received our original AS9100 certification in January 2009, and have successfully completed the transition and certification to Revision D. The company is DOD registered and ITAR compliant.
The company began with supporting obsolescence components for Defense and Space programs. The initial activity included procuring materials through manufacturing and test operations and delivering fully compliant devices against customer specifications. Back then, and to this day, our team was focused on sourcing the most highly-reliable, high performance active semiconductor surface mount components available. Our semiconductor industry connections are thus deep and thorough.
Our Total Quality Management System was put in place early in our inception to specifically address the Defense and Space markets. The system addresses all aspects of our business including our product realization process, risk mitigation and manufacturing systems.
